Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Previous consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract and procurement strategies.
• MRICS or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantity surveying and estimating services.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients.
• Maintain cost control and contribute to maximizing project profitability.
