Qualifications

MRICS or working towards chartership.
Responsibilities
Deliver quantity surveying and estimating services.
Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents.
Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
Provide strategic commercial advice to clients.
Maintain cost control and contribute to maximizing project profitability.
