Davisons Law is seeking a New Build Property Solicitor / Conveyancer in the West Midlands. You will manage your own caseload of new build property matters from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, right to buy and lease extensions.

You will work with clients to provide clear legal advice and ensure transactions progress smoothly. The ideal candidate has a relevant qualification and experience managing their own caseload, with strong knowledge of conveyancing

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing own caseload in residential property conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of new build conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage your own caseload of new build property matters from inception to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, shared ownership, right to buy and lease extensions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and contacts, providing legal advice throughout conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and achieve billing targets.
