What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to the design and execution of high-profile architectural projects.
• Work closely with senior architects and designers to develop concepts and refine ideas.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring visionary designs to life.
• Be involved in business development and bids, ensuring business is brought to the firm.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices to enhance our work.
• Participate in all project phases, from initial concept to construction administration.
• Be a team leader, mentoring junior staff, overseeing daily operations and supporting professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Architecture with full Part III qualifications
• Expertise in client management, contracts and negotiations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and ambitious design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
