Porter Dodson LLP in Yeovil is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join our established team. You will handle quality transactional and advisory work across landlord and tenant, acquisitions and sales, development, property finance, and corporate real estate.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property, a collaborative team player, and keen to help grow the firm’s client base while maintaining a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property.
• Experience across landlord & tenant, acquisitions & sales, development, property finance, corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and senior fee earners to manage workload.
• Assist with expanding the firm’s client base.
