Job summary

KCR Solutions is recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to support the finance team and help deliver accurate financial reporting. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to develop accounting expertise while handling a broad range of accounting and financial management activities.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and either progress toward or attainment of a professional accounting qualification

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Experience working within multi-company or group company environments.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Studying towards or holding a professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA (part-qualified or qualified)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of accurate monthly management accounts.
• Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports.
• Support the preparation of annual and monthly budgets.
• Assist with the preparation of financial information for annual audits.
• Respond to auditor queries and support audit processes.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
• Assist with the preparation of P11D returns.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional duties as required by management.
