Job Title: Ambitious 5+ PQE lawyers with a client following

Salary: £80,000-£130,000

PQE Level: Partner

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Chadwick Nott has longstanding relationships spanning over 20 years with leading boutique City and West End law firms.

Many of these firms are known for their high-quality work, profitability, and earning potential. They are interested in recruiting talented associates and senior associates (minimum 5 PQE) who already have a client following and the ambition to build a significant practice.

At this level, you will be on an upward trajectory towards partnership. However, external factors might impact your ability to grow or the valuation of your skills. As a 5+ PQE lawyer, it is important to position yourself for future partnership.

Our clients seek future partners, and to stand out from existing associates, it is essential that you have a client following of at least £80-200k, depending on your practice area.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a UK City or West End law firm and must be qualified solicitors in England & Wales.

You might be currently working at a boutique firm or a Top 50 City or US law firm, seeking a more entrepreneurial platform. Your clients should choose you due to your personal brand, not just institutional relationships.

I can offer extensive guidance on building a business case and business planning, and act as a sounding board for lawyers with this level of client following assessing partnership opportunities.
