As a Ward Administrator, you will deliver comprehensive administrative services, liaising daily with staff at all levels and maintaining contact with service users and their carers, who may sometimes be distressed or upset. Your responsibilities include ensuring the office environment's effectiveness, maintaining regular audits, and performing general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will possess a good standard of secondary education, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a solid understanding of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
