ABOUT US

Ancient + Brave is a female founded, mission-driven wellness brand with an award-winning range of collagen, supplements and functional blends. Rooted in ancient wisdom and validated by science, our simple daily rituals support our community in nurturing whole body health.

Ancient + Brave has been recognised in The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies for three consecutive years - most recently placing 7th - and ranked 4th in the Oresa Retail Growth Index in 2025. It's a reflection of the quality of what we build, the community we serve, and the discipline with which we operate.

Social and environmental responsibility has always been at the heart of the business and woven into how we operate. We're a certified B Corp, a member of 1% for the Planet, and through the Made By Brave Foundation we direct 1%+ of all revenue to environmental and social causes.

As an equal-opportunity employer we are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, where we are brave, connected and intentional - and lead with integrity. Please find out more by reading our JEDI statement which can be found here.

We operate from beautiful head offices overlooking the river Ouse in Lewes, East Sussex.

THE ROLE

As Amazon Operations & Content Manager, you will be responsible for the operational excellence and content delivery of the Ancient + Brave brand across every Amazon marketplace - currently six territories spanning the UK, US and Europe. You will ensure our brand content is fit for purpose on every Amazon site, protect account health at all times, and manage the financial processes that underpin a healthy channel, including chargebacks and reconciliation.

Reporting into the Head of Amazon, you will operate as the operational engine of the Amazon function, working alongside two trading colleagues - the Amazon Manager UK, and the Amazon Manager International, partnering closely with Brand, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain and DTC across the business, as well as with external agencies, Amazon account teams and localisation partners.

This is a role where operational discipline is a competitive advantage. Getting the fundamentals right; clean listings, healthy accounts, accurate financial process andon-brief content in every market is what allows our brand and trading teams to do their best work. If you take pride in process, project management and the compounding rewards of getting things right, this role is for you.

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You will directly deliver content updates via Amazon Seller Central in ES, DE, FR and IT, and brief and manage a full-service Amazon agency for UK and US content. You will build and champion the AI-augmented workflows that make repeatable operational work faster and more accurate.

This role reports directly to the Head of Amazon and works cross-functionally with all levels and departments internally, as well as with external agencies and strategic partners.

Content Delivery & Localisation

Own end-to-end delivery of Amazon content updates across all six marketplaces — Product Detail Pages (PDPs), A+ pages and brand stores.

Directly manage and deliver content updates via Amazon Seller Central in ES, DE, FR and IT, project-managing cross-functional inputs from Brand, Design, Marketing, Compliance and localisation partners.

Brief and manage a full-service Amazon agency in UK and US to deliver content updates, QAing all output against the Ancient + Brave brand guidelines before publishing.

Own multilingual content localisation with members of the international marketing teams, ensuring copy and creative resonate in every territory while remaining consistent with global brand guidelines.

Feed UK and international market nuances back into the central Brand Team so global assets are fit for Amazon in every market.

Account Health & Compliance

Monitor and protect Amazon account health scores across all six marketplaces; Customer Satisfaction, Product Policy Compliance, Shipping Performance and Listing Quality.

Own resolution of any account health alerts within Amazon's published SLAs, documenting root cause and preventative action.

Ensure all listings remain compliant with Amazon policy, advertising standards and territory-specific regulatory requirements, including labelling, claims and ingredient compliance.

Escalate emerging risks early and clearly to the Head of Amazon, with recommended actions.

Financial Processes & Reporting

Own chargeback resolution, dispute management and reconciliation across all Amazon marketplaces, working closely with Finance & Agency teams.

Ensure 100% of chargeback disputes are submitted within Amazon's published windows and track recovery rate month on month.

Produce the monthly chargeback narrative and financial process report for the Head of Amazon.

Own the monthly Amazon operational scorecard, covering content quality, account health, chargebacks and ops backlog, driving prioritisation conversations across the Amazon team.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Delivery

Partner with the trading team on continuous improvement projects, including stock forecasting inputs, listing hygiene, A+ refresh cadence and Seller Central case management.

Maintain a visible, prioritised operational excellence backlog and run a fortnightly review with trading colleagues.

Act as the operational connector between Brand, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain and DTC — bringing clarity, communication and reliability to every project.

Represent the operational voice of Amazon in internal planning and prioritisation conversations.

Agency & Partner Management

Manage the day-to-day relationship with the full-service Amazon agency for UK and US content, including briefing, QA, performance review and continuous improvement.

Coordinate localisation and translation partners for international content, ensuring quality, brand alignment and on-time delivery.

Ensure agency and partner output consistently meets Ancient + Brave brand, compliance and conversion standards.

Own the operational relationship with Amazon Seller Central support and account teams across all marketplaces.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

Proven experience in Amazon operations, catalogue management or Amazon content management, ideally within a consumer brand environment; wellness, food & drink or lifestyle preferred.

Hands‑on experience of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central across multiple marketplaces, including PDPs, A+ content, brand stores and case management.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across markets in a fast-paced environment.

Financial‑process fluency — chargeback resolution, dispute management or reconciliation experience.

Experience of content compliance in regulated categories such as wellness, health, food & drink or beauty, including labelling and claims compliance.

A high standard of attention to detail — you catch what others miss.

Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable being the connector between Brand, Design, Compliance, Finance and external partners.

Genuine curiosity for AI tooling and process automation as a way to compound your own output; prior use of Claude or another AI assistant welcomed.

Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, Amazon Brand Analytics or third-party catalogue tools (e.g. Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is a plus.

Multilingual capability across Spanish, German, Italian or French is a plus for international content QA, though not required.

Calm under pressure, and energised rather than daunted by peak trading periods.

Aligned with the Ancient + Brave mission, values and commitment to sustainability, DEI and equal opportunity.

Further, to truly thrive at Ancient + Brave you will need to embody the spirit of our brand and align with our company culture. For us that is a series of shared beliefs:
