Job summary

Arden Personnel is recruiting an E-Commerce Administrator near Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire. The role centers on managing the Amazon marketplace, coordinating orders and logistics, and supporting marketing to drive online sales.

You will maintain product listings, optimise content, and ensure compliance across UK/EU. A varied, growth-oriented role suited to a self-motivated professional with strong IT and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Comfortable wearing several hats across marketplace, logistics and marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce, sales support or logistics is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good data handling and stakeholder liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Review and optimise content to improve visibility and sales.
• Ensure products meet Amazon UK/EU compliance standards.
• Support development and growth of the Amazon marketplace presence.
• Identify opportunities to expand into additional channels.
• Resolve marketplace queries and assist customers.
• Coordinate order administration and logistics for timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage returns, including overstock and damaged items.
• Support marketing activities linked to online sales.
