Job description

Opportunity

Full P&L ownership of a major sales channel with a proven product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize Amazon presence across EU markets (UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL)
• Own the full Amazon P&L – from pricing strategy to inventory planning
• Manage FBA operations, listings optimization, and review generation
• Execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for profitable growth
• Develop and implement strategies to win Buy Box and category rankings
• Coordinate with our operations team for inventory forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling brands on Amazon
• 3+ years hands‑on Amazon Seller Central experience
• Expert‑level knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and ranking algorithms
• Experience with FBA inventory management and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with focus on unit economics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching brands in multiple Amazon marketplaces
• Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
• Background in D2C e‑commerce
• Understanding of EU and Amazon FMCG dept

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: £40,600 to £48,000 per year
Performance bonuses up to 20% of base salary
Fully remote with flexible hours
