Job summary

Heels2Wheels is recruiting motivated self-employed delivery drivers in Kent and Essex, UK. Training is provided, with routes organized daily and van and fuel supplied.

Applicants should be 21+, hold a UK driving licence, and be able to work five to six days a week, including weekends. Immediate start after induction and background checks will be arranged.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• No more than six penalty points.
• Must be aged 21 or over.
• Previous driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and handle parcels.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Must pass required background checks.
• TT99, CU, TS or BA licence endorsements cannot be considered.

Whether you have previous multi-drop delivery experience or are new to the industry, you will receive training and support to help you get on the road quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Load and organise your route each morning.

What You’ll Need

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Manual or automatic licences accepted.
• No more than six penalty points.
• You must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• The physical ability to lift and handle parcels safely.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A reliable attitude and willingness to work hard.
• The ability to pass the required background checks.
• £8/£8.50 daily charge towards van insurance and petrol

Applicants with TT99, CU, TS or BA licence endorsements cannot be considered. Applicants with criminal convictions or a record that raises concerns about safety, intoxication or workplace conduct will also be unsuitable.

Interview Process

Interview sessions are held Monday to Saturday, with appointments available between 10am and 1pm.
