Job summary

Heels2Wheels in the United Kingdom is recruiting self-employed delivery drivers. You’ll earn £137.20 per day for every completed route after deductions, with van and fuel provided and on-site parking.

Shifts run nine hours, with 11am starts and opportunities seven days a week. Load and organise your route each morning, deliver parcels, manage your time, and provide excellent customer service while representing Heels2Wheels professionally.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Manual or automatic licences accepted.
• No more than six penalty points.
• You must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.

What’s on Offer

£137.20 per day for every completed route after deductions. Opportunties in Kent and Essex. Van and fuel provided. Immediate start following induction and training. On-site parking and referral bonuses. Supportive team culture with opportunities for ongoing work. Five to six days per week. Flexible working days, as Amazon operates 365 days a year. 11am start with nine-hour shifts. You must be available to work at least one weekend day each week. Extra earnings from the Scorecard bonus (driver performance) as well as team support.

Hiring People are recruiting motivated and reliable self-employed delivery drivers on behalf of Heels2Wheels.

Whether you have previous multi-drop delivery experience or are new to the industry, you will receive training and support to help you get on the road quickly.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Manual or automatic licences accepted.
• No more than six penalty points.
• You must be aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• The physical ability to lift and handle parcels safely.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A reliable attitude and willingness to work hard.
• The ability to pass the required background checks.
• £8/£8.50 daily charge towards van insurance and petrol.

Applicants with TT99, CU, TS or BA licence endorsements cannot be considered. Applicants with criminal convictions or a record that raises concerns about safety, intoxication or workplace conduct will also be unsuitable.

Interview Process

Interview sessions are held Monday to Saturday, with appointments available between 10am and 1pm.
