Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our brands presence on Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing product listings, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with Amazons policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the companys Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account(s).

  • Optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversion.

  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and buy box performance to maintain consistent sales.

  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales.

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

  • Handle case management with Amazon support and resolve listing, suspension, or payment issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, customer service) to streamline Amazon operations.

  • Ensure all listings are compliant with Amazons policies and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Report on KPIs, sales performance, and ROI to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller or Vendor Central).

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, SEO, PPC advertising, and analytics tools.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Amazon Seller Central tools, and ad platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Advertising).

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple products, categories, and marketplaces (e.g., US, UK, EU).

  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and keyword strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Amazon Advertising Certification or similar credentials.

  • Experience in brand registry and A+ content management.

  • Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces and fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, SFP).
