You’ll join a collaborative, agile environment that rewards initiative, where your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll be actioned. This is more than a sales gig; it’s a chance to shape a growing brand's online success story.

The Amazon Account Manager will take ownership of Amazon marketplace accounts, driving sales performance, shaping strategy, and influencing operational improvements in partnership with internal teams and third-party agencies.

Role Highlights

  • Own and manage Amazon accounts across multiple global regions
  • Analyse catalogue content and resolve technical issues to optimise listings
  • Coordinate weekly strategy calls with Amazon AVS and bi-weekly sessions with the ad agency
  • Lead promotional planning and high-traffic event activity to boost rankings and revenue
  • Input into forecasting, budgeting, and long-term marketplace strategy

You Will Need

  • 2+ years’ experience working within the Amazon ecosystem, ideally across FBA and FBM
  • A head for numbers and detail; you’re confident analysing performance and spotting trends
  • A background or passion in sport, fitness, or nutrition
  • The ability to influence across teams and build strong, internal partnerships
  • A proactive mindset with a bias for action—even when there’s no playbook

Why You’ll Love It

  • Hybrid working with some office days in Brighton
  • Work with passionate teammates in a high-energy consumer category
  • Ownership from day one with autonomy to test ideas and see results
  • Career development in a business that values curiosity, initiative, and collaboration
