A leading recruitment agency in London seeks an Amazon Account Manager to oversee Amazon operations for selected brands. You will manage P&L, optimize marketing campaigns, and ensure compliance with brand standards. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Amazon account management, a strong data mindset, and exceptional cross-team communication skills. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 with a hybrid working model.

Your Role
As the Amazon Account Manager, you will be the end-to-end owner of Amazon operations for selected brands-including P&L, performance strategy, and store execution. You’ll be the vital link between brand teams and Amazon, ensuring every product listing and marketing campaign is optimised for the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hands‑on store management across brands and markets built on Amazon architecture
· Full P&L ownership, including daily execution and performance delivery
· Maintain seamless information flow between brands and Amazon reporting
· Shape Amazon-specific promo strategy and promotions planning
· Adapt digital assets (product detail pages, adverts, Brand Stores) to convert Amazon customers-hyper-localisation only
· Create, manage, and optimise Amazon listings, including for new product launches (NPLs)
· Build and manage Brand Store setup, merchandising, and updates
· Act as brand advocate: maximise visibility, maintain brand identity, ensure compliance
You’ll Excel If You Have:
· Solid experience owning Amazon accounts, including full operational management and P&L
· Proven ability to adapt standard marketing assets for Amazon-specific layouts (listings, Brand Stores, advertising)
· Strong data mindset, with a strong understanding of Amazon dashboards and analytics to measure, iterate, and optimise
· Comfortable translating global brand strategy into hyper-localised execution
· Collaborative spirit: excellent cross-team communication with marketing, supply chain, demand planning, and agencies
· Knowledge of Amazon tools-Seller Central, Advertising Console, Brand Registry
What You Bring:
· Strategic understanding of Amazon as a sales channel and brand touchpoint
· Capability to advise on advertising & promotional levers (e.g. Prime Day, Lightning Deals)
· Exceptional execution: manage Brand Stores, and updated assets
· Commercial acumen: ability to interpret P&L metrics and drive profitability
· Branding focus: ensure Amazon presence remains on-brand, on-story, and aligned with global aesthetic
· Industry experience – Beauty or retail preferred!
