Unpack Agency is a fast-growing Amazon and marketplace management agency on a mission to help FMCG brands launch, scale, and dominate on Amazon across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a talented Amazon Account Managerto join our team and take ownership of some of our key client accounts. You’ll play a critical role in shaping their success — and ours.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of Amazon accounts (Seller and potentially Vendor), from startup brands to scaling operations.
• Take full responsibility forAmazon PPC strategy and execution, including campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Understand each client’s goals and set clear KPIs aligned with their business objectives.
• Audit accounts in detail and build out plans to improve performance.
• Analyse key performance data and implement ongoing optimisation strategies across listings, advertising, and content.
• Ensure product listings are fully optimised — from keyword-rich content to A+ creative assets.
• Communicate with clients regularly, providing performance reports, strategic recommendations, and proactive account management.

Requirements

• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tool experience
• Experience running Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Strong communication and account management skills
• Confident analysing performance data and drawing insights
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability

Beneficial:
