PhD Nutrition is a premium, active-nutrition brand for the active lifestyle community wanting intelligent nutrition to help them achieve their goals. With over 20 years of research and development, our products are designed to maximise performance in and out of the gym. Exciting developments are underway for 2025, including new brand ambassadors ranging from hybrid athletes to qualified sports nutritionists.
The two brands sell through the phd.com and scienceinsport.com digital platforms, third-party online marketplaces including Amazon, as well as extensive domestic and international retail distribution.
In 2022, the company opened a state-of-the-art 160,000 square foot manufacturing and logistics facility in Blackburn, Lancashire, providing a significant advantage in product costs and customer response time, and setting high standards for quality.
Science In Sport is a Performance Solutions partner to globally recognised elite teams, including Tottenham Hotspur, Saracens Rugby, British Triathlon, Aquatics GB, British Cycling, England Netball, and Loughborough Sports. We are also the Official Energy Gel Provider of RunThrough and the Official Nutrition Partner of Ultra X.
The Role
The Amazon Executive plays a key role in implementing the Amazon business strategy and supports the Senior Amazon Account Manager in delivering the annual plans across the UK & Europe.

The Work - Your 4 Most Important Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise catalogue health and content to ensure accurate product listings and maximise sales performance
- Work with internal teams to manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely restocking, and efficient fulfillment on Amazon
- Perform analytical assessments of performance and market trends to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and improve commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align and prioritize Amazon objectives and requirements
Accountability - What You Are Responsible For Delivering
- Maintain and monitor catalogue health through regular checks and address any required changes promptly
- Launch new products and adopt best practices in go-to-market strategies
- Ensure product content follows Amazon's best practices and is optimised for performance
- Attend weekly and quarterly meetings with Amazon and collaborate closely with Amazon Brand Specialists
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's guidelines to prevent listing issues
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and submit monthly stock forecasts
- Collaborate with supply chain and customer service teams for timely shipments and product availability
- Create and update performance reports to track key metrics and business health
- Identify opportunities and risks through performance and market analysis
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met efficiently
