To continue their success, they are now looking for a Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of account managers, ensuring outstanding client service and operational efficiency. The Team Lead will...

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 Account Managers, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs in client retention, staff retention, and new business revenue.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and Amazon marketplace changes to drive innovation and strategic growth.
  • Play a pivotal role in new business development, working towards defined KPIs for revenue generation.
  • Experience in the digital sector, including managing large PPC campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • Background in Amazon account management and strategic deployment for growth (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to automate and streamline processes.
