Job Title – Amadeus Operations Executive

Job Location – London

Salary – £23k

Our client is recruiting an experienced Amadeus operations executive to prepare, maintain and distribute accurate pre-departure airline manifests through the use of Amadeus. Another part of the role is to provide administrative support to the sales and product departments. You will need to deliver excellent levels of customer service both pre and post departure to holiday makers. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about creating the right holiday experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing flights for bespoke holidays where required
  • Ensure the integrity of accurate data is maintained by liaising with the sales team.
  • Set inter-department deadlines and targets for data gathering as required
  • Prepare and distribute manifests for airlines
  • Update other departments on relevant operational updates as required
  • Ensure customers receive accurate and timely pre-departure information
  • Ensure clients are informed of any pre-departure changes to their holidays
  • Prepare and distribute manifests for airline, transfer and resort logistics
  • Assist in sourcing transport for bespoke holidays where required
  • Update other departments on relevant operational updates as required
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
  • Experience of Amadeus is essential
