Job summary

CCG (Scotland) Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an AM Division General Foreman to support planned maintenance projects across occupied homes. The role focuses on coordinating labour, materials and site documentation to achieve targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position is permanent, full-time with standard hours and additional project-driven hours. A driving licence and experience with occupied properties are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Trade background preferred but not essential.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Basic knowledge of drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation with proactive problem solving.
• Experience working in occupied properties with tenants.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills and site documentation experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labour and material control to ensure efficient build and quality on schedule.
• Schedule and coordinate works to meet production targets with high-quality finish.
• Ensure work methods are performed correctly.
• Complete weekly and monthly site documentation.
• Ensure adherence to CCG’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policy and promote safe practices on site.

AM Division General Foreman

CCG (Scotland) is one of country’s largest construction and manufacturing groups. Our Asset Management Division delivers planned maintenance works to occupied homes, and we are seeking a General Foreman to support projects across Glasgow.

SALARY: Competitive

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm; with additional hours worked as per project demands

LOCATION: Glasgow, Planned Maintenance Works

STATUS: Permanent

THE ROLE

• Coordination of labour and material control to ensure an efficient method of build, delivered to the required quality standards and programme.
• Scheduling and coordinating works to ensure production targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high-quality finish.
• Ensuring work methods are performed correctly
• Completing relevant site documentation on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensuring CCG’s Group Health, Safety & Environmental Policy is being adhered to and encouraging safe working practices on site
