Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on behalf of an established and successful business within the aluminium window and door industry, who are looking to recruit an experienced Aluminium Order Processor to join their team.

This role focuses on managing customer orders from enquiry through to production, liaising with customers, suppliers, sales and production teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience processing aluminium window and door orders.
• Knowledge of aluminium window and door products.
• Experience using industry software such as LogiKal, Business Micros or Window Designer.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Processing aluminium window and door orders from enquiry through to production.
• Checking specifications, measurements and order details for accuracy.
• Inputting orders onto relevant industry software and systems.
• Producing and checking order confirmations.
• Liaising with customers to clarify specifications and resolve queries.
• Working closely with production and manufacturing teams.
• Checking colours, glass, hardware and product configurations.
• Ordering materials and components where required.
• Monitoring order progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the order process.
• Dealing with amendments, cancellations and order queries.
• Liaising with suppliers and resolving any issues.
• Ensuring all system information and paperwork is accurate.
• Managing multiple orders and priorities within a busy environment.
