Job summary

Chase Taylor are recruiting a Production Operator on behalf of an established aluminium fabrication business to join their team in Farnborough.

You will be responsible for meeting daily production targets, following the production schedule, and maintaining high quality and safety standards. The role offers full training, a permanent full-time contract, and a salary of £25,000–£35,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or fabrication is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Meet required quality standards and follow work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
• Ensure all manual handling is performed safely.
• Follow established work instructions and seek guidance when needed.
• Work with colleagues to complete production activities efficiently.
• Inspect and check products to maintain high quality.
• Work to production times and report any issues hindering targets.
• Provide feedback for process and working-practice improvements.
• Identify and report unsafe operations or equipment.
• Support the wider production team as required.
