Job summary

Border to Coast Pensions Partnership seeks an Investment Analyst (Alternatives) in Leeds. You will support the Alternatives team, covering Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate investments.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, due diligence, and collaboration across teams. You will contribute to investment decision-making, considering ESG and RI factors, and help prepare MI with performance and risk metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment research, due diligence or related analytical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to distill diverse information into concise analysis.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Proficiency with Excel and data handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of due diligence reports for investment decisions.
• Conduct research and initial due diligence on opportunities.
• Incorporate ESG, climate change and RI risk factors into analysis and decisions.
• Provide data analysis to monitor investments and generate MI (performance, attribution, exposure, risk).
• Participate in investment team meetings and cross-team collaboration.
• Engage with third party providers when needed.
• Identify and escalate risks to management.
