The role involves supporting private credit fund formation, fundraising activity, and client platforms across infrastructure credit, direct lending, and collateralised loan obligations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in alternative funds, ideally through private fund launches in EMEA.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong foundation in European asset management regulation and European private funds law (gained from private practice or in-house environment).
• Skills: Ability to apply technical knowledge commercially, manage cross-border fund structures, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
