Alpine Trainee Sales Executive (Apprenticeship)
Level 4 Certificate in Sales qualification with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)
Location: Manchester dealership, M3
Salary: £22,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Renault Retail Group is looking for an Alpine Trainee Sales Executive to join our Sales team at our Manchester dealership. This is a 15-month programme where you will receive specialist training and valuable experience in automotive retail sales and be granted the job title of Trainee Sales Executive.
The role operates 5 days a week, up to 40 hours. Weekend days are included in the rota:
Upon successful completion of the 15-month programme, trainees will be offered a full-time permanent role as an Alpine Specialist, with benefits including a company car, 25 days holiday, pension, employee discounts, eye care vouchers, and career progression opportunities.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is beneficial. Knowledge and passion for the automotive sector and motorsport are essential. GCSEs grades 9-4/A*- C or equivalent in Maths and English are required; alternative qualifications can be considered with additional training.
Ideally, candidates should be able to drive our range of cars.
This is a Sales Executive Academy with hybrid training: online modules via Aptem and block sessions at Pareto Training Centre, London. All training costs are covered. Support includes a dedicated assessor, a workplace buddy, and ongoing guidance. The qualification awarded is a Level 4 Certificate in Sales from the ISP.
