Who We Are Looking For

State Street’s Alpha Transaction Management team is seeking a versatile individual with strong business systems and data analysis skills for development and support of services and product offerings focused on Transaction Management. The role is open to candidates in the EMEA region who can be based at any of the current State Street locations. The incumbent in the Alpha Client Integration Data Integration role is responsible for client onboarding onto State Street test and Production environments, facilitating Alpha onboarding projects. Responsibilities include understanding and managing client data per the scope of services and operating models agreed upon in Transaction Management, ensuring all data and functionality align with the Operating Model. The role requires SME-level knowledge of Transaction Management processes within the middle office, with a focus on identifying transformation opportunities. A strong background in TM Data management and Operating Models is essential, along with skills in complex business data analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Onboarding clients' Middle Office services onto State Street Platforms and supporting related workstreams.
• Understanding the firm’s strategic plans, processes, and architecture to influence design and develop solutions.
• Articulating business requirements for product enhancements aligned with the Alpha F2B vision and collaborating with the team to implement innovations.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Transaction Management servicing teams, managing competing priorities.
• Understanding transaction data modeling, processing, and product knowledge to facilitate onboarding.
• Working with implementation leads to detail trade flows for all in-scope instruments during onboarding.
• Identifying gaps in transaction management processes and tracking them through to resolution.
• Supporting ongoing projects, including onboarding plans, timelines, issue logs, and post-go-live efforts.
• Automating processes where possible and seeking transformation opportunities to increase automation and reduce operational risk.
• Documenting processes from setup and SME perspectives.
• Coordinating with other workstreams to align operating models across asset classes.
