Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD)

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils reach their potential

  • Promoting a safe, nurturing learning environment

  • Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Right to work in the UK
