This school seeks a Residential Support Worker (RSW) comfortable with teaching pupils with ALN. This is a temporary, long-term role with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with pupils, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.

The salary ranges from £103 per day.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine desire to inspire pupils and motivate staff
  • Ability to assist with classroom preparation and management
  • Strong listening skills to understand pupils' individual needs
  • Resilience and ability to differentiate teaching approaches
  • Previous experience working with ALN is essential
