Overview

Role: Primary School Teaching Assistant (ALN Support) | Pay: £88.92 - £95 per day | Hours: Part-time & Full-time available | Location: Primary schools in Llanelli

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including pupils with Autism and ADHD, either 1:1 or in small classroom groups.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive learning environment where every child can grow and celebrate milestones, big or small.
• Assist with daily classroom activities, supporting teachers and classroom routines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience of supporting children or young adults in a school setting or similar environment (e.g., sports coaches, tutors, babysitting, care & social work).
• Have a DBS or be willing to obtain one (full refunds on new DBS checks offered).
• Positive, hardworking attitude.
• Experience or passion for supporting ALN pupils (personal care maybe required).
