As a Digital Product Manager, you will own the design, development, and execution of new product and service offerings and capabilities. You will support business development, set and deliver growth goals for the portfolio, and lead a team of product managers for your digital product area. The role involves creating and managing the strategic product vision, product discovery, and roadmaps to maximize customer and enterprise value. Multiple Digital Product Manager roles are available at different levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital products.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the product team.
  • Engage in discovery, test & learn activities to validate assumptions and product direction quickly.
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" by understanding their needs and habits through engagement with current and potential customers.
  • Define and manage metrics to measure success and inform overall product strategy.
  • Author, test, and accept stories.
  • Contribute to creating the product strategy for one or more products within our digital portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.

Note: We are recruiting across multiple levels and roles. Some positions will include supervisory responsibilities, while others will not.
