Alloy Wheel Technician

Type of the role: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Lincoln

Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE per year (depending on experience + performance bonus)

Hours: Full-time

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic repair work to a high standard. You’ll be working with a variety of vehicles in a well-equipped facility, with the opportunity to contribute to a team committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect alloy wheels for damage including scuffs, scratches, and dents
• Perform all aspects of wheel refurbishment, including sanding, prepping, priming, painting, and polishing
• Use colour-matching techniques and professional paint application
• Operate tools and refinishing equipment correctly and safely
• Complete job cards and records for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organised working area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in alloy wheel repair or cosmetic vehicle finishing
• High attention to detail and excellent paintwork skills
• Familiarity with prep, colour matching, and polishing techniques
• Ability to manage own workload effectively
• Full UK Driving Licence
