Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd in Poole is seeking a skilled Wheel Technician to refurbish alloy wheels to a high standard, from preparation to finishing. You will work on painting, lacquering and CNC machining to produce manufacturer-quality results.

The role requires at least 2 years of alloy wheel refurbishment experience, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Hours are 44 per week, with a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' alloy wheel refurbishment experience.
• Experience in alloy wheel painting and finishing.
• Experience operating CNC machinery and wheel lathes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Stripping and preparing alloy wheels for refurbishment.
• Aqua blasting wheels to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Operating CNC machinery and wheel lathes to machine damaged alloy wheels.
• Painting and lacquering alloy wheels to manufacturer-quality standards.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
