A leading health organization in Glasgow is seeking an Allocation Officer to support the Temporary Accommodation Allocation Team within Homelessness Services. The successful candidate will coordinate referrals for homeless accommodation and ensure allocations are made fairly. A working knowledge of homelessness legislation is desirable. This part-time permanent position is an opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
Role - Allocation Officer (Homelessness)
Location - GCHSCP, 2 Green Wynd, Glasgow, G40 2TD
Hours - 13.5 hrs working Thursday and Friday
Contract Status - Permanent

An opportunity has arisen for an Allocation Officer to support the Temporary Accommodation Allocation Team within Homelessness Services.
Allocation Officers work in a small team co-ordinating and prioritising referrals for homeless accommodation. You will work with a variety of agencies and make decisions on all aspects of allocations using sound judgement.
