Service Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Head to Health Kids team. This role focuses on delivering integrated mental health care for children aged 0-12, requiring a deep commitment to quality health services. Responsibilities include care planning, assessments, and collaborating with service providers to enhance child and family wellbeing. The team: CYMHS Head to Health kids
H2HK Tas is an integrated secondary level mental health service for emerging complexity for the 0-12 year age group and represents an important addition to a child and family mental health stepped care model in Tasmania.
This early intervention service enables families to access a range of evidence based individual and group interventions and supports for mild to moderate emotional, behavioural, social, relational, and developmental challenges.
The Head to Health Kids Tas service works with families, and universal, secondary, and tertiary service providers, to provide integrated and holistic care. The Department for Education, Children and Young People (DECYP) is a key co-service partner.

Details of appointment:
Multiple fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possibleuntil 30 June 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:$110,425 - $121,907per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
