In this role, you will provide specialist support to corruption investigations, focusing on the extraction, analysis, and interpretation of data from internal systems. You’ll work closely with investigators to develop tactical approaches, interpret audit data, and present findings that help drive operational outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • To extract and capture audio and video data from various systems as and when required and provide technical support within PSD when needed.
  • To carry out research taskings from CCU, PSD or from other agencies to obtain and collate relevant evidence or information.
  • To carry out covert open-source research as required or directed in respect of counter corruption investigations.
  • To liaise with other law enforcement agencies and non-law enforcement agencies and organisations for the purpose of information and intelligence gathering and development.
  • When necessary, prepare Regulation of Investigatory Powers (RIPA) and Lawful Business Monitoring (LBM) applications as required in counter corruption investigations.
  • This list of duties is not restrictive or exhaustive and the postholder may be required to carry out duties from time to time that are either commensurate with/or lower than the grade of the post.
