Job summary

Pearldrop Ltd is seeking a Production Executive to join our Stevenage-based team. The role balances hands-on filming on location with post-production work at the Stevenage base, editing client films in Premiere Pro, and shaping stories from interviews and rushes.

You will travel across the UK and occasionally Europe, operating cameras, lighting, sound, gimbals and coordinating the crew. A strong balance of technical filmmaking and storytelling is essential for success.

Qualifications

Proficient in both filming and editing; able to handle on-location shoots and post-production tasks.
Experience with professional video workflows from shoot to final delivery.
Strong practical ability in camera, lighting and sound for on-site shoots.

Responsibilities

Film on location across the UK and Europe, operate cameras, lighting and sound, and manage gimbal setups.
Edit client films in Premiere Pro, craft graphics in After Effects, and deliver final masters.
Manage shoots from planning to delivery, taking responsibility for projects and meeting deadlines.
Travel regularly for productions and contribute to both production and post-production phases.
