Job summary

The Lounges in the United Kingdom is hiring Chefs to join our busy kitchen team at Centivo Lounge. You will prepare and cook to spec, from tapas dishes to all‑day lounge breakfasts, supporting the Head Chef to keep standards high from prep to plate.

This role suits an experienced Chef, Chef de Partie or Grill/Line Cook who thrives under pressure, enjoys teamwork, and can work evenings and weekends. Benefits include tips, staff meals, and generous discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication.
• Energy, pace, and a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
