Solidus Labs is hiring a Tech Lead to own the Transaction Monitoring (TM) detection algorithms and lead the Algorithms team end to end. You will drive offchain and on-chain monitoring implementations, data pipelines, and system architecture, collaborating with compliance and product to translate requirements into robust engineering plans.

Formación

• 8+ years backend engineering experience, including 2+ years leading or tech-leading a team.
• Strong domain knowledge of fintech, payments, banking or crypto and compliance concepts.
• Hands-on with data structures, algorithms, high-performance concurrent code.
• Proven design ownership at architecture and implementation levels.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency data systems (Kafka, ClickHouse, Snowflake).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow the existing TM global engineering team - sprint delivery, code quality, on-call health.
• Own implementation of our offchain TM detection suite.
• Drive the build-out of on-chain TM - wallet-level and protocol-level monitoring, and the data pipelines behind it.
• Produce and defend both high-level and low-level design: system architecture, data models, detection logic, and threshold/tuning frameworks.
• Partner with Global Product on the on-chain roadmap, translating regulatory and customer requirements into deliverable engineering plans.
• Merging various patterns to re-use: You’ll help shape that architecture and, over time, how engineering resources are shared across TM and TS.
• Work with compliance, customer success, and solutions teams on alert quality, false-positive reduction, and client tuning requests.
