At Alexa, our vision is to become the world’s best personal assistant, and we are seeking a highly driven Product Marketing Manager to join the Alexa+ Growth & BI team.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the product marketing roadmap for Music on Alexa. You will be responsible for the strategy and deployment of product marketing to drive upsells and retention of Music subscriptions on Alexa. You will partner closely with other marketing, product, and tech teams to bring innovative new experiences to market and drive adoption for existing experiences. This role has a direct impact on the Alexa, Amazon Music, and Prime P&L. You should demonstrate a strong interest in customer insights and creativity to develop strategies, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders from Marketing, Product, Tech, and BI to execute plans.

Key job responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the upsell and engagement strategy for Music subscriptions on Alexa.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Music marketing PMM to align cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Engineering, and Creative) to deliver product marketing launches.
  • Influence product teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs and insights.
  • Define business metrics, measurement plans, and testing strategies for product and program launches.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing programs across multiple channels.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience managing large datasets, including customer segments and online campaign metrics.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and working effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience presenting ideas to various organizational levels to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience working within a subscription business model.
