Job description

VANRATH is pleased to partner with a major FMCG distribution service to recruit a Drinks Sales Specialist for their team in Belfast. This company values staff development and progression.

This is a permanent, Monday to Friday, field-based sales position, with 3 days on the road and 2 days working from home.

Salary:

£28,000 + 10% bonus + company car (fuel costs paid) + phone & laptop + clear progression opportunities & training. An exciting role with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow the drinks brand portfolio through existing and new customers via sales initiatives.
  • Implement national plans at a local level, focusing on brand visibility, activation, and distribution.
  • Develop strong partnerships by understanding customer needs and aligning with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with Brand, NPD, and Activation teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Use insights to make informed decisions and achieve better results.
  • Monitor financials, including credit control, forecasting, and ROI.
  • Provide market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects to shape future growth.
