Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Navigator for the Alcohol Pathway in Sheffield. You will manage caseloads, devise recovery plans, promote progression through treatment, and support individuals toward self-sustained recovery, collaborating with partners to achieve better health outcomes.

The role requires experience in substance misuse, mental health support, or related fields, with opportunities for progression within the program. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Substance misuse background or experience in related fields.
• Mental health background is desirable.
• Criminal justice experience is a plus.
• Academic background in criminology, psychology, law or sociology is relevant.
• Volunteer work in similar roles is valued.
• Evidence of case management experience is important.
