About you:
- Have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working in a similar field
- Experience working with groups/pods and managing group dynamics, including conflict or challenging behaviour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good IT skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and best practices
- Supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working in partnership with professionals, agencies, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage change effectively, prioritizing service user needs
- Understanding of information governance and commitment to safeguarding policies
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the professional development of others

Salary Range (pro rata if part-time): CGL points 23 to 28 (£27,861.26 - £32,002.35).
