The Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Manager will manage ScottishPower s Alarm Receiving Centre, (ARC), operation, and the sub-contract operators who resource it, to ensure optimal coverage of the UK estate in relation to an efficient and effective Physical Security environment including access control, alarm monitoring and response, CCTV management, remote concierge and new system deployment.
The ARC Manager will report directly to the Security Operations Manager and in close collaboration with ScottishPower's security guarding contractor to ensure the efficient and harmonious running of the team, and to manage the interaction with other departments & external response partners to support business needs.
