We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Alarm and CCTV Technical Support Specialist and Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our customers.

What can you bring to Banham?

Your product knowledge of: Pyronix, HikVision, Comelit, Paxton, BPT, EMS, HyFire, and a general understanding of Alarms, CCTV, Fire, Access control, and Entry systems will enable you to:

  • Liaise with customers and answer their technical queries via telephone and email, providing advice on burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and door entry systems.
  • Coordinate with Service, Maintenance, and Installation departments to organize engineer visits for onsite assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Product Validation Manager on new and upgraded product/service testing and implementation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to all Banham group engineers.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with multiple IT and administrative systems.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels, from management to operational staff and engineers.
  • A proactive approach to working with the product team and external suppliers to identify root causes of issues.
  • Collaboration with the Technology team to introduce innovative technologies and reduce call volume and support time.
  • Support to other departments with technical product queries.
  • Ability to report trends and escalate issues to management.
  • Experience in reviewing and updating operational manuals.
