Job description

How will you make an impact?

Boutique performance and sales achievement:
  • Co-monitor the achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the boutique.
  • Work with the Boutique Director on quarterly action plans to deliver expected growth and reach targets.
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reports (sales, traffic, KPIs, follow-up, missed sales, stock issues, customer service, discounts) and propose corrective actions.
  • Support the effective running of the boutique.
Team management and people development:
  • Support the Boutique Director in managing the team to optimize personal and boutique performance and profitability.
  • Communicate and motivate the team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and their individual contributions.
  • Assist in conducting team meetings, ensuring staff are aware of targets and client experience best practices.
  • Support the Boutique Director in the annual performance management process.
  • Delegate operational activities and establish responsibilities within the team.
  • Assist in providing training and coaching to drive success.
  • Create a positive, business-oriented environment in the boutique.
Client development:
  • Champion clienteling behaviors to drive a client-centric business: outreach, styling, appointments.
  • Enhance client experience in-store and out, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
  • Define objectives with HQ & Boutique Director for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation.
  • Leverage all clienteling tools and report on ROI to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the retail network on customer strategies.
  • Research and negotiate local partnership opportunities.
Boutique operations and administration:
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to sales, financial, and security procedures.
  • Supervise back-office operations, including invoices, planning, payroll, commissions.
  • Maintain the quality of the client database and traffic counting.
  • Ensure boutique maintenance aligns with brand standards.

  • Previous boutique management experience, especially in luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop the team in line with values.

  • Excellent presentation and brand ambassador qualities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills and CRM initiative experience.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
