Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation plc is seeking an Investment Operations Reporting Analyst to deliver high-quality investment reporting, drive improvements, and collaborate with Investments, IT and Finance to enhance systems and processes. The role covers Aladdin-driven reporting, NAV sign-off, IBOR data production, risk metrics and liquidity reporting, with strong Excel/VBA and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aladdin, including Aladdin Explore, dashboard-driven reporting and workflows into Aladdin dashboards.
• Strong technical knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives.
• Understanding of risk-metrics and sensitivities such as Duration, Spread, PV01 and IE01.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA and PivotTables; experience with macro-driven reporting.
• Product knowledge to support IBOR data production and valuation models.

Responsibilities

• Act as team champion for Aladdin; support transition journey and automate reporting.
• Use Aladdin Explore and dashboards to produce investment reporting packs.
• Understand workflows into Aladdin dashboards; identify data dependencies and process improvements.
• Prepare and review internal reporting for the Investment Team and committees on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Oversee NAV sign-off and month-end accounting reconciliations.
• Produce IBOR data and validate data inputs/outputs with relevant teams.
• Prepare daily Exposure, P&L attribution and derivative valuations analysis for the Investment team.
• Monitor Traded Risk, DV01 and PV01; produce Liquidity and Collateral reporting weekly and monthly.
• Run in-house pricing/valuation models for non-benchmark assets; review Equity Release Mortgages lifecycle events.
