Required Experience:

Experience in financial services, with the following capabilities:

Purpose and Scope:

Every day, Client Success Specialists tackle complex problems in FinTech. We utilize our understanding of Aladdin, our clients' businesses, and the investment management process to provide world-class service to our global client base. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and share a passion for solving tough problems and ensuring client satisfaction.

Our team is known for industry expertise and a strong work ethic. As a global team of over 170 members, we:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on service to empower clients on Aladdin: Engage daily with industry practitioners at investment institutions, solving meaningful problems and developing technical and relationship skills.
  • Use technology to solve problems: Learn and apply skills like SQL and UNIX to improve Aladdin and assist clients.
  • Educate users and relay feedback: Proactively engage with clients to prevent issues and improve the product based on user insights.
  • Work on a global team with a local presence: Support markets worldwide while collaborating with international teams.
