Overview

Maison Pierre Marcolini is a Belgian luxury gastronomy house, internationally renowned for the creation, production, and distribution of premium chocolates, pastries, confectionery, and ice cream. With a strong brand identity and artisanal excellence, we are proud leaders in the world of haute chocolaterie.

As part of our continued global expansion, we are opening two new boutiques in London, located in Notting Hill and Regent Street, and are looking for passionate, ambitious Sales Associates to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients, providing a warm, personalized, and memorable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to sales targets and develop strong, long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains Pierre Marcolini’s high standards of presentation and luxury.
  • Support in restocking, visual merchandising, and displaying products with care and creativity.
  • Efficiently handle orders, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment.
Profile & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (luxury retail or gastronomy experience preferred).
  • Passion for chocolate, fine food, and client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-spirited.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Our Offer
  • Start Date: From October 2025.
  • Work Locations: New boutiques opening in Notting Hill, London.
  • Contract: Full-time or part-time positions available; flexibility required, including weekends.
  • Hours: Approx. 30–40 hours per week depending on contract type.
