POSITION SUMMARY

To assist the TE.T.O Process Transformation team with the digital transformation of processes within TTC Tour Brands. This involves the design, build and maintenance of digital databases and its connections between departments, which leads to process optimisations and efficiencies with data management. Development of reporting for internal stakeholders and assisting with guidance and training of colleagues in a suite of programmes. Documenting processes to produce training manuals on current and newly developed systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain Airtable Workspaces, Bases and Interfaces which improves Workflows and efficiencies for team members
  • Transform various data sets and Excel spreadsheets into Airtables and leveraging other technologies to drive efficiencies in work processes
  • Create and manage automation scripts and workflows, experience with integrations and the ability to integrate Airtable with other tools and platforms
  • Provide Airtable technical support and training to team members on Airtable usage and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Airtable-related issues
  • Design and documentation of processes to produce training manuals and guides
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Approachable manner with both colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, planning and good time management, plus attention to detail
  • Exceptional understanding of Airtable’s features, functionalities and limitations
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams – other O365 Apps an advantage
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and working on multiple concurrent projects
  • Must be self-motivated, positive, confident and results driven

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Airtable developer required, to a minimum of Airtable Certification level
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Ideal previous experience in project management
  • Familiar with industry Best Practices with regards to the design, implementation and management of Databases

Travel & Other Requirements

  • Work a minimum of two days per week in the office (Victoria, London)

Salary - up to £50K.
