• Flexible to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to travel to the airport when needed.
• Follow processes and procedures with flexibility.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.
• Lift up to 32kg during shifts.
• Team player with aviation experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/allocate tasks including reporting absences and overtime.
• Plan and deploy resources to meet roster and operational needs.
• Develop an open feedback culture by managing staff performance and ensuring standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date manuals and documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and airport authorities.
• Encourage clear communication through briefings, handovers, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Maximize efficiency in inbound and outbound flight operations.
• Resolve conflicts and irregularities with appropriate actions.
• Maintain assigned equipment and materials.
• Contribute to local emergency plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
